Valentino's Organic Family Gardens & CSA

Knowing where our food comes from is important in today's world. Supporting local growers by joining a CSA ensures food security and stimulates the local economy.

Still want to join a CSA this season? Take a look at www.cog.ca/ottawa
There are many other CSA farms in the area. May we suggest Covenant Farm? The lovely family, including Joel, Catherine, Kame, Jen-Pierre, and Stephanie, each play a large role in their CSA.

Have a great summer!

The Biodynamic Experience

Rudolf Steiner began biodynamic agriculture in teh 1920's, long before the birth of the modern organic movement. His holistic approach to restoring soil tilth and health are an integral part of responsible agricultural practices. Carin and I offer an introduction to individuals or groups who are interested in learning more through discussions and workshops.
